We have not even had our car a year and already problems! Was told when we bought we had 2 years free oil change now they say only 2 visits!! Feel like we were lied to! Will never buy or refer anyone to this dealership!! Now looks like they want to charge a to fix air condition!! Utterly disappointed!!!!
My experience was perfect. Your service department were all professionals and Jason my Service advisor represents your company very well. The parts department also is great because I bought some floor mats for my wife's truck. Since I bought my truck from you in November of last year, I am still impressed with your dealership. Sales, Service, Finance, and Parts are simply the best I have ever dealt with. Thank you very much and I tell all my family and friends to look at your dealership when they are considering buying a new vehicle.
Great staff fir the most part but service dies not always listen to what you want done or not done. If it’s a paid fir service they just do everything on list even if you asked for it not to be done and don’t give you recommendations for service until finished and you have to come back to get done. I would hVe had the filters all changed when there and the $300.00 plus would be on dealers pockets. Now it may be done somewhere else when I need next servicing. Heads up.

I am a repeat customer. I have recently purchased a new car at this dealership. When I had my first service, I was actually quite pleased. However I had learned through another service event, that not all of the service that could’ve been done was done to my vehicle. Hence the four stars not five.
My LOF was performed quickly & correctly. The check engine light & code problems were corrected by tech, Steve Bowthroupe he is a very competent mechanick. The service writer, Jason is a very nice person to deal with.
I brought my truck in for service a few minutes before 9:00am and was told it would be ready by 11:30am. Nobody told me that it was done. Around 12:40pm I went for a walk outside and noticed that my truck was parked out front. So I approached a service person about it and he said it was done. I do not know if it was ready for five minutes or for over an hour when I noticed it parked out front??? A couple of years ago I experienced something similar.
